STOP PANIC ATTACKS IN 10 SECONDS.

Thank you for your interest in this information for stopping a Panic Attack.  

Although my system should work for most people (and I sincerely hope it works for you) but their is no guarantees! As every individual is different, and there may be other contributing factors that may require medical attention, and maybe it is not the structure of panic attacks That you have, But if you are!

Dumbfounded how to Stop Them!

Then this method maybe is for you.

REMEMBER!

YOU MUST APPLY THIS METHOD, IMMEDIATELY UPON A. PANIC ATTACK. THIS IS IMPERATIVE TO MAKE THE CORRECTION STRAIGHTAWAY TO GET THE HEART. IMMEDIATELY BACK INTO ITS NORMAL RHYTHM. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL BE TOO LATE AS THE BODY WILL ACTIVATE THE NERVOUS SYSTEM AND THEN ONCE THIS HAPPENS. IT WILL BE HARD TO STOP THE CONTROL OF THE HEART. YOU MAY BE ABLE TO APPLY THIS METHOD MORE THAN ONCE

{ NOTE: GIVE 5 MINUTES BETWEEN RETRY }

 

IF IT DOES NOT WORK THE FIRST TIME

, But! Basically, you must apply within 15 minutes of attack to get A (best response.)

This is the best time to control it before it has got time to control you.

RAYMO'S EXPEL 10 Second METHOD.

 

A.                             Firstly, EXHALE! (Remove all AIR from your lungs) Next, move your body and crouch yourself to the ground expelling as much air from your lungs as possible. As you're on the way down to the ground to the correct position, do not worry about anything else.

ON YOUR WAY DOWN - (EXPELLING ALL AIR FROM LUNGS) PUSHING YOUR LOCKED HANDS UNDER YOUR RIB CAGE--- DO NOT BREATH IN AIR REMOVE ALL"AIR" ON THE WAY DOWN!

ALL THE WAY TO SQUAT SITTING !

MAKE SURE THAT NO AIR "AT ALL" IS IN YOUR LUNGS!

DO NO BREATH IN

A.                Next, blank your mind, except for counting from 1 to 10

( 1 TO 10 SECONDS ->ON THE WAY STANDING UP )

 It will take you 10 seconds to stand up from crouched to fully standing up SLOWLY!!!

B.                 When you are in the crouched position and have exhaled and removed all the Air from your lungs;

 Place your hands together, locking them tightly Just below your rib cage as in Photo 4. ABOVE.

C.                 Now next Remember!!

 DO NOT INHALE ANY AIR AT ALL!

 KEEP A VACUUM IN YOUR LUNGS

D.      STILL KEEPING YOUR MOUTH SHUT AND INHALING NO AIR AND SUCK VERY          HARD IN, CAUSING YOUR LUNGS TO

BECOME VERY VACUUMED INWARDS

AT THE SAME TIME. YOU'RE LOCKED HANDS PUSH UPWARD, UNDER YOUR RIB CAGE AND STOMACH AREA AS IN PHOTO 4, 3 ,2 , 1

ABOVE

STANDING UP ORDER =  4, 3 , 2 , 1

IN REVERSE TO HOW YOU SQUATED DOWN.

E.      TO BE NOTED THAT YOU ARE STILL IN THE CROUCHED POSITION, NOW, WHILE YOUR IN ( PHOTO TECHNIQUES (STAND UP SLOWLY ), BUT AGAIN, DO NOT TAKE ANY AIR IN AS YOU STAND UP (OVER THE 10 SECONDS). REMEMBER TO SUCK AS HARD AS YOU CAN INWARDS BUT NOT AIR!

 

                             ON THE WAY BACK UP! COUNT 1 TO 10 SEC.

WHILE YOU'RE SLOWLY STANDING UP KEEP CONCENTRATING ON 

    COUNTING SLOWLY FROM ONE TO TEN SECONDS. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.

H.      COINCIDE THE COUNTING WITH THE CROUCHED POSITION TO THE STAND UP POSITION, THAT IS TO SAY. IT WILL TAKE YOU TEN SECONDS TO STAND UP FROM THE CROUCHED POSITION

G.     
YOU WILL NOTICE A STRANGE FEELING (DO NOT BE FRIGHTENED). THIS IS MERELY YOUR HEART CHANGING ITS RHYTHM BACK TO WHAT IT SHOULD BE. YOU ALSO MAY NOTICE A LITTLE BIT OF DIZZINESS, BUT THAT IS ONLY BLOOD PRESSURE, AGAIN, DO NOT BE FRIGHTENED. THAT IS QUITE NORMAL.

      If necessary! Carry on standing up even on your tiptoes when

      Counting up to 10 Sec  photo BELOW.

10 SEC IS UP!!

 

NOW RELAX!

STAND NORMALLY

SLOWLY TAKE IN YOUR FIRST BREATH IN NORMAL FASHION.

    

NOTE:

REPEAT! THE PROCEDURE: IF IT DOES NOT WORK FIRST TIME, generally if you Do Not Remove All Air! From your Lungs, This could make it Fail!

Remember to suck in hard Causing A Vacuum

(NO! AIR AT ALL IN YOUR LUNGS AT ALL).

            

J.  YOU WILL Almost immediately. Within seconds you're now feel a sensation of relaxation is your body clicks back into its normal rhythm, you will notice you’re breathing, slowing down. In fact, it feels like your heart has stopped after the terrible thumping beats, body sweating, nausea, shaking, and other symptoms.

NOTE:

Take some effective Pain relief Panadol OR Paracare (PARACETAMOL) or Aspirin after the Attack and sit down or try to relax reading or something to take your mind off the panic attack.



THOUGHTS ON THIS TECHNIQUE:

 

 I'm totally unsure of how this exactly works but it does. I can only surmise, what it does and I believe that one explanation I can think of is that it changes the heart muscle by Squashing it causing it to self- reboot or maybe it is just a lack of oxygen that panics the brain into thinking that it is starving and changes the rhythmic pulse electrodes messages to the Heart bit like a circuit breaker on a power supply. Or maybe it is both combinations that trigger the responsiveness to revert back to normal.

10 SECOND METHOD IN SHORT for pocket book OR Car.

 

A.     GO DOWN TO--->> Crouch position exhale ON WAY DOWN, PUSH

      -->> All Air <--- out of lungs all the way down to ground.

    B. Hands together under rib cage.

 

        C. Exhaled still--->> hold THE VACUUM

 

        D. Suck Lungs in hard, with NO AIR in your lungs-->> ( vacuumed ).

             DO NOT INHALE AIR INTO LUNGS.

    E. Take TEN SECONDS to stand up slowly (COUNTING)

    (WITH VACUUMED LUNGS) Mouth Closed and pushing HANDS under RIB CAGE HARD at same time.

           (Counting approx yourself)

AS YOU STAND UP!
